It's Sunday. I was too lazy and also run out of idea on what to cook. Since this is the first weekend of the the school holidays, we decided to go out for dinner. We gave the choice to the girls and they decided on Sushi where we headed for Sakae Sushi in The Curve.

We just found out that Karyn and Nicole do enjoy Japanese food. We had our round of Sakae Sushi many weeks back at Sunway Pyramid. I have to say that the variety of servings is much better in the The Curve compare to Sunway Pyramid.
After dinner...we were walking around the Flea market area before the girls get their dessert....Baskin Robbins.... On the way the girls were attracted to the cows display in front of Marche.

6 Today

Today Nicole turned 6. Many weeks back she was already counting down to her birthday. She requested for her birthday to be celebrated in school with her friends. Her countless reminder was to get her a 'Princess" birthday cake with princess party bags. After many round of shopping we managed to get all the request.

Party bags for the boys and the girls....

During tea break time, me and steven went to nicole's school with her birthday cake...the party bags and some finger food for the kids....

cake blowing and cutting session ...
the children having their balloon fun....
birthday girl with daddy and mommy...
After school.....since i was off that day...i decided to bring the girls and jannelle to the playground in 1U - Starship Galactica...The girls were having so much fun collecting the evafoam balls...climbing up and down...
while the girls were playing ...the two grandmothers were having their catching up time...
Towards the evening we went back home to have simple dinner at F4 with both the grandparents....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NICOLE!!!!

Jigsaw

Everyone have their own way of spending their time. Many months back i had this urge to complete a jigsaw where i invested into one jigsaw developed by compressed wine corks. it was really challenging but i felt so satisfied hibernating at home doing that.....after many weeks i finally completed it...which was only the first stage....still need another two more stages i.e. send it for nice framing and then find a place to hang...haha...

the progress ... the pieces...
progress...putting in perspective
progress...some pieces here and there
Completed the first stage.

Thousand Light Offerings

The Thousand Light Offerings is on for the past 3 days. This year i didn't volunteered to help out. Only managed to find time to drop by today. As usual the set up was really so beautiful and prayers were on going at any point of time where you reached.

Managed to catch some nice pictures.....
